01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the n888 casino platform ("n888", "Site", "we") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing the site or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

03 Account Management and Security

3.2 Account Responsibility

All transactions and bets made on the account will be considered the user's own, unless it is proven that the account was used without authorisation and n888 was notified in a timely manner. In the case of bets affected by technical errors or disconnections, n888's system logs will be considered final.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that your account is fully verified and any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fulfilled — only the original deposit portion may be withdrawable, but in that case the bonus will be cancelled.

4.5 Cancellations and Reversals

Once a withdrawal or deposit is being processed, it cannot be cancelled. For any erroneous transactions, contact the support team as soon as possible.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at n888, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing your account balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This means wagering must be completed before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds can never be treated as direct cash.

5.3 Bonus Rules

• Each bonus must be used within a specified time period — the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted
• If n888 suspects fraudulent use of a bonus, it may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings
• n888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

06 Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results on n888 are controlled and tested by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino games are operated from the servers of Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and other verified providers. Game results are final and cannot be changed without technical evidence.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. n888 reserves the right to change bet limits without notice.

6.3 Technical Failures

If a game session is disconnected or remains incomplete due to technical reasons, a decision will be made based on n888's server logs. If the game result has already been determined, the bet will be settled accordingly; if undetermined, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, market settlement follows the rules of the relevant sport. If a match is abandoned due to rain or other reasons, bets will be settled according to the conditions of the relevant market. For cricket betting on BPL, IPL and T20 series, international cricket rules apply.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n888 platform:

• Using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms
• Using unauthorised software, bots or automated tools
• Attempting to artificially influence game results
• Using this platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for unfair advantage without reporting them to n888
• Harassing, deceiving or attempting to harm other members
• Imitating the n888 brand, logo or identity

If any of these activities are identified, the account may be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities may be informed if necessary.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by n888

n888 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for reasons including breach of Terms, suspected fraud, KYC verification failure or other reasonable grounds. Any legitimate balance will be returned after verification, unless fraud is proven.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Before applying, ensure that any pending bets are settled and withdrawals are processed. If you wish to use self-exclusion or any responsible gaming option, let our support team know.

09 Limitation of Liability

n888 provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. n888 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Loss of bets or game sessions due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers

• Temporary service interruptions during technical maintenance or upgrades

In no event will n888's total liability exceed the amount of funds used in that transaction.
